Do You Think Self-Help Audiobooks Are Useful?

I haven’t been very active with writing reviews lately, mainly because of my summer laziness, consisting of traveling, going to the beach a lot and other fun offline activities. But all good things come to an end as they say and so does the warm and fun summer season. It’s already fall around here and my regular blogging schedule of two posts per week will be returning soon, starting off with a couple of audiobook reviews I’m working on.

In the mean time, I got this idea while casually browsing Audible’s catalog. What about self-help audiobooks? Are they actually any good or just the same regurgitated new-age nonsense? I selected a few that seemed interesting and have listed them bellow, but the more important part is if you guys have read/listened to any of these and just your general recommendations on which ones I should grab first. 🙂
